Welcome to the Winter Season Mini Camp! Practices will run 1/12-1/22, Monday-Thursday from 4pm-6pm. These sessions will be run concurrently with our youth high school team practices so that new athletes can get to know the current athletes while learning the basic fundamentals of the rowing stroke on our Concept2 rowing machines.
At the end of this two week session, we will encourage athletes to continue on for the rest of the Winter Season to continue working on their base fitness level and building on what they've learned during mini camp. The Winter Season is an important opportunity to develop our athletes to reach their long-term goals in rowing, while improving the mindfulness, fitness, strength and mobility. During Winter Training our athletes train together in an environment that helps drive them towards growth and progress over perfection.
