These sessions are designed for experienced rowers (high school students and recent graduates) in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. Participants will focus on overall fitness and advanced technique while rediscovering the pure joy of rowing. Perfect for those preparing for fall racing season, with optional summer racing opportunities available (additional fees apply). Above all, this program offers the chance to enjoy quality time on the estuary during optimal summer conditions without the stress of intense competition.
