Adult Rower
2026 LTR Group A Begins May 2nd - Must be 18 years of age or older to register. Our policy is that the LTR Fee is due as soon as registration occurs, and is non-refundable if your spot is not filled.
The fee covers LTR coaching scheduled for 3 sessions across 2 weekends. The first session is a land session, on rowing machines and in rowing tanks, where you will learn boat safety and the rowing form. The second and third sessions are water training. All sessions are rain or shine. All sessions are required to graduate.
